The colourful 3 Days package was held by the set under the chairmanship of Mr Gabriel Lemiable  
The first day event was a unique cultural exhibition where ethnic background and geographical identification was displayed with the food and special favorite.with free food for those who cared
The second day event was a Sensitization workshop where the members of the Anniversary were treated with what all the participants took home as an eye opener for successful retirement planned in advance.those who attended the lectures had immeasurable benefits derived from the take away arising from the occasion.the guest presenter adviced that,it wasn't too late to begin to save from now if not before.
The bottom pot of the event was held on Friday, 27th June 2025with proposed Amendment on NASS Bill seek direction on those who retired on grade level 16 and who spent not less than 5years on that level and who might have served up to 25years meritoriously as a staff of the Sgt-at-Arms shall for the purpose of this section be qualified to be appointed as Director, Sgt-at-Arms 
Sgt--at --Arms ---National Assembly, Deputy Sgt--at Arm----Senate, Deputy Sgt--at Arm----Senate Deputy Sgt--at Arm----Senate House of Representatives and Deputy Sgt--at Arm----NASS Management.
The chairman of the Anniversary planning committee beared his appreciation and the success of the Anniversary to God who was the major reason for the success and for sparing their lives this far he also wish all the participants and the members well to see the end of their remaining years fruitfully and impactfully Gabriel was Thankful for the cooperations given him to lead well
In conclusion of the council of retired Clerks And Secretaries National Assembly on service pension board acknowledge the unique nature of the National Assembly service to aligned with the principle of separation of powers.
In the nutshell the National Assembly pension Act 2023,was a child of its own environment because,it came into being due to the indiscriminate unremitted deductions by the Directorate of Finance and Account of the National Assembly service from January 2004---2017.
The promoters of the amendment Bill also want the National Assembly pension Board to operate under PENCOM to revert to the Contributory pension Scheme PENCOM with over 10years un--remitted deductions from staff salaries,a situation they consider will generate confusion on gratuity and also the solicit a trust fund for the National Assembly retirees which they posited will lead to anarchy
