Dr Charles Akindiji Akinola a Cap -That-Fits  As  SWDC Managing Director.

During the week, the Senate committee on south West Development commission (SWDC ) innuagurated the commission on the 17th June 2025 with opening address presentation by the committee chairman Distinguished senator who harps on the milestone development of the committee & on the need for a deep sense of responsibility not only to lead but also to express the selling tune for the future while encouraging open dialogue with the committee members and the SWDC board members for oversight functions calling for interaction and template for leverage and to project the position of the committee, while wishing the committee successful deliberatio to ensure the development of the region and to tackle what the federal government is not doing,as to do it.
During the inauguration Dr Charles Akindiji Akinola a nominee of the president for the board managing Director with intimidating profile and rich resume before the screening committee is a proven fact that he is equal to the task required to manage the board successfully.
He  had over 3 decade of professional experience with cross-functional, and bridging the academia, reach,policy and practice as well as brokering public,-private partnership that will add colours and project the board to El dorado 
Dr Akinola holds a phD in  Agricultural Extension, Master degree in public policy and Administration from Harvard Kennedy school of Government, Harvard university and also a postgraduate certificate in cross-sector partnership and countless certificate courses from UK, Massachusetts institute of technology (MIT) Boston USA 
The milestone academy acquisition knowledge and expertise of Dr Akinola as a fellow of many organisation will be brought to bear to move the board to high places will stand the board tall in the scheme of things.
