Update on investigative Ad,.-hoc committee meeting issues on the front -burner concerning the power Sector Reform   & Discrepancy.  on bills and metering.
On the 17 th of December 2025, the Managing Director, Nigeria Bulk Electricity Trading plc.(NBET). MD, Nigeria Electricity Liability Company (NELMCO) MD,/ CEO, Kano Electricity Distribution Company KEDCO  MD / CEO, Kaduna Electricity Distribution PLC. and Benin  Electricity Distribution PLC(BEDC)

The committee put some of the MDs on oath arising from the fact that some of their presentations were faulty and misleading information to the committee members who felt that operators we're short changing Nigerians and selling meters which were paid for by the federal government.,yet they fraudulently collected money from consumers.
However, going forward, the were given 72 hrs to reappear with their complete document. 
Barawuro Mohammed, Head  Distribution & BPE also made submission 
The Executive Director Chief Princewill Okorie of Electricity consumers Protection Advocacy Centre made useful contributions and made reference to some  sections on consumers , agreement which is violated and needed to be probe amongst other fraudulent discovery by the committee members.
Hon.Ibrahim Almustapha Aliyu FNIA (Bauran Sokoto  is the chairman of the House Ad-hoc investigative Audit Allocations of funds Ecpendit on implementation of Nigeria,s Electric power Sector Reforms Programme 2007--2024 HB,52/10/2025. 
The committee is an outcry of the Nigerian suffering and paying for Darkness.this committee as beacon of hope and succour has proven that it's not going to be business as usual .they need our prayers and support to succeed.
