During the meeting with the MD ,/ CEO of Edina & people limited in his office at katampa Extension Abuja.on the 7th January ,2026.
Reacting to the question regarding the major challenges so far, in the Housing business, the MD noted the activities of the fraudsters that constituted challenges to be overhaulted or should be regulated or something be done to remove their fraudulent activities.for the real Estate business to strive.as expected.
James recalled the need to check mate illegal operators.bedeving integrity of Real Estate,
the  CEO also noted his personal efforts to finance the business so far with out any assistance from anywhere but highly appreciated God for the journey so far and still counting.as credit for business progress.
