The capping ceremony which had 679 matrix for 2025/2026 session held the 2nd matriculation event at the college sports arena.
During the event the Commissioner of Health who graced the occasion in double honour as the Governor,s Representative and as the man in charge of Health ministry.
Apart from high appreciation and commendation for the provost Dr Mrs Victoria Undeshi Asaba and her cooperative management Team towering determination &focus, driven  cooperation.
Ayade., 
former State Governor was commended for being the brain behind the existence of the college in obudu  but also  they chiefs were united in their high appreciation for  Ayade heroic ,-touching Accomplishments & 
 manifestation .whom most people may not have been aware of the originator of those high scorecard transformational achievement .courtesy ,Senator Prof.Barr.Ben Ayade.
HRH Utsu Edward Undeabe and chief Utsu Samson Ogar clan heads  of Begianding- Ukwe .Both  recounted Towering Landmark accomplishments of  the former Governor to include, Obudu German Hospital, the Cargo Airport,Dualiased ogoja obudu Road, others  include,Smart schools, British Canadian College ,An  Agricultural Research centre, Amongst others.They chiefs  posited that Those who are saying That Ayade.
 Has not done anything are only saying out of envy because they felt that "how can one man do all things.which the felt he has even done too much"
Ogar,also gave kudus to Ayade over 5000 Appointees  as food on the table also as an empowerment to the people, which is first of its kind and prayed that he wished obudu , will ever have another son like Ayade " Noted that the payment according to the  former Governor was called intellectual money,given from his pocket  on every month for people who had no office but receiving salary.," this was the reaction at the  interaction by Utsu Samson Ogar & his colleagues Utsu Edward Undeabe at the media chat during the College of Nursing sciences Mass capping ceremony.
